JKP Zone 1 will be organising Round 2 - Free Community Self Defence Workshop for residents in Wangsa Baiduri, SS12 to SS19 which are under the preview of JKP Zone 1. The details of the workshop are as per email from Madam Theresa Ratnam Thong below:

We have launched the Free Community Self Defence Workshop last week at MPSJ.

Please be informed that JKP Zone 1 will be organising Round 2 - Free Community Self Defence Workshop on:

Date: 12th December 2009 (Saturday)

Time: 9.30am - 1.30pm

Registrations: 9.00am

Venue: Dewan Serbaguna SS15, Jalan SS15/4, Subang Jaya (next to Wet Market)

The Workshop is being sponsored by CIMB Foundation as part of their Community Link Programme.

MPSJ, Office of ADUN Subang Jaya, Aikido Yoshinkan Shudokan Martial Arts Centre, SJ Alert and the Police are supporting this Initiative.

Only 200 residents (15 years and above only) from Subang Jaya will be admitted to this Workshop. Kindly register at the following address if you would like to attend. It is on a first-come-first-served basis at
