Once again we are in the period of festivity as the Chinese New Year is around the corner. The excitement to celebrate this festive holiday should caused anxiety for some residents especially for those who need to travel outstation and leave their houses vacant. In this current situation what the resident can do is only to pray that their houses will not fall to the prey of vultures who always take advantages of the situation.
For this reason, members who prescribed to the security arrangement are encourages to fill up the form with security guards and the committee so they can easily monitor your houses. The guard will slip in a visitation slip inside the post box during every visit. This is to ensure that the guard monitor and patrol the houses. These arrangements were successfully implemented during the last year Raya’s holiday and received good response from the members and none of the houses were broken during those long holiday.
